Shipping policy

Global Shipping & Processing At MySolvix, we are proud to offer worldwide shipping. All orders are processed and carefully packaged within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification containing your tracking number when your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • North America & Europe: 5-10 business days

  • Asia, Australia & Rest of the World: 7-15 business days (Please note: These are estimated delivery times. Occasional delays may occur due to high volume or carrier-related issues out of our control.)

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this number to track your package's journey directly to your door. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the courier's system.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes For international orders, please be aware that your package may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. MySolvix is not responsible for these charges. All customs duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. Delays caused by customs clearance procedures are beyond our control.

Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. MySolvix cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, reshipping fees will apply.
