1.2. BUYER: The person or entity making a purchase on the website (mysolvix.com). By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to the terms of this agreement.

ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT The subject of this Agreement is to determine the mutual rights and obligations of the Parties in accordance with the applicable consumer protection and distance contract regulations regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered electronically by the Buyer via the Seller's website (mysolvix.com).

ARTICLE 3 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (COOLING-OFF PERIOD) The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this agreement within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the Buyer, or a third party indicated by the Buyer, acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must inform the Seller (MySolvix) of their decision to withdraw from this agreement by an unequivocal statement via email to info@mysolvix.com.

ARTICLE 4 - DELIVERY AND RETURN CONDITIONS

4.1. Delivery: The products will be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and are estimated at 5-15 business days globally. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by customs procedures or the shipping carrier.

4.2. Returns: If the Buyer exercises their right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the Seller in its original, unused condition, and in its original packaging within 14 days from the notification of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4.3. Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the Seller will process the refund to the Buyer's original payment method within 5-7 business days.

ARTICLE 5 - PRICING AND PAYMENT The prices of the products are as listed on the website at the time of purchase. All payments must be made through the secure payment gateways provided at checkout. The Buyer is responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes imposed by their local jurisdiction.

ARTICLE 6 - DISPUTE RESOLUTION In case of any disputes arising from the implementation of this agreement, the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts in the jurisdiction where the Buyer or Seller resides shall have authority, subject to the limits declared by the relevant regulatory bodies.

ARTICLE 7 - ENFORCEMENT By placing an order and completing the payment process on mysolvix.com, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this Distance Sales Agreement.
